How It Works
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) philosophy names 5 distinct energies that permeate the body: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.
In order to feel your best, these energies must be in balance.
In the body, yin energy supplies the physical form: the skeleton, cellular structure, the size and shape of organs, etc.
Yang energy influences the activities of the body: the beating of the heart, the flowing of the blood, the creation of hormones, etc.
These two energies work to complete or balance each other: yin does not exist without yang in TCM.
A balance of both of these energies is required in your body in order to promote and maintain good health.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the TCM Positive Pack brings together seven complementary herbal formulas to support yang energy, strengthen everyday wellness and encourage whole-body vitality.*

Quality
Our Chinese herbal blends carefully follow the principles of ancient Chinese Medicine that have been practiced for more than two millennia.
For more than 35 years, we’ve partnered with the same incredible vendor to collaborate with farmers in traditional communities to bring only the finest herbs from China to the US. And we’ve conducted multiple on-site audits throughout the years to re-verify the quality of both their facility and herbs.
Our farmers are deeply attached to the land they have lived on and worked for generations, and they practice regenerative farming methods to preserve it for future use.
Recommended Use
